Manny Pacquiao Robbed In Split Decision

Manny Pacquaio, the greatest fighter we have seen in some time, was robbed of a unanimous decision in what was a fight dominated by Manny for the entire fight.  He won every single round except for one, and the judges missed this one by a long shot.

Judge C.J. Ross and judge Duane Ford both had it for Bradley 115-113.  Only Jerry Roth had it 115-113 in favor of Manny and he should be commended.  The other judges, meanwhile, should get their eyes checked out because they were not seeing the same fight as the audience was.  The crowd booed when they announced Bradley the winner and rightfully so.

I have never been a boxing fan, and this is the exact reason why.  Judges time and time again misfire in scoring and I really hope someone can explain to me how on earth Timothy Bradley won this fight.  So much for the super-mega fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr.

It is a win for Manny and my book, and he will always remain a legend in this sport.  I just hope he doesn't retire after this fight because I would love to see him continue his career inside the ring.  He was respectful after the decision, which just shows what a class act Manny truly is.

Manny out landed Bradley in total strikes thrown and also power punching as well.  Manny seemed distraught by the decision, but such is the life of a prize fighter who leaves it in the hands of the judges.  He will only grow from this loss, and will come back stronger than ever in my book.  Hopefully they will book a rematch asap in order to clear up this controversy.  Do I smell a fixed fight?
